I am subletting one bedroom month to month with included heat, internet and central air. Shower is in a shared bathroom. Laundry is in unit and available to use by the roommates. The bedroom has a closet and is furnished. We have a small dog- Cashew. Unfortunately, we don’t allow other pets/animals. There is off-street parking, a living room, kitchen, and a full bathroom. The sublease contains a no smoking policy. To apply we do a credit check and a background check. First and last required.
