You will have access to the kitchen, basement, garage, washer/dryer. Currently the furniture in the picture is in the room. This can be a furnished or unfurnished room. The room has a full-sized bed.

Easy access to I-95, Potomac Mills. Close to Stonebridge shopping center (Wegmans) and all the new stores. Very close with quick access to multiple commuter lots, VRE stations, Omniride public transportation as well as I-95 and RT 1. Excellent location with lots of privacy.

$925 ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED (Water, Electric, Gas, WIFI Internet) Personal Parking Space is available within the community but will cost additional $150 per month. Otherwise there may be street parking available. Security deposit of $400. Individual renter only.

Requesting potential roommate to stay a minimum of 6-12 months with a month to month lease but I am open to negotiation. Roommate will need to fill out rental application and lease agreement. I will need proof of income, two forms of ID, and criminal background check. Will also collect a $20.00 fee for a criminal background check.
