Hi I have a room for rent in Longview area off 70. It’s a rather medium size room. It can accommodate a king size bed in it with some floor room but would be much more manageable with a twin or queen. Room also has a closet and can accommodate some storage in living room if needed. BedRoom will be completely empty. Roommate must provide everything he/she will need. All utilities including Wi-Fi and laundry service will be included asking $500 per month for room and to cover utilities. Minor details about myself. 25 year old male looking for someone to share the bills with. Very quiet and laid back will be gone most days from 8-6 at least. Please reply by email only thank you!

25 year old male from New York originally but moved down to NC 2 years ago. Been living on my own since then and while i enjoy the peace and quiet I wouldn’t mind someone home to talk to every now and again. also i cook way to much food and have to throw a lot of it out so if anyone needs free meals might be the best spot in town.
