Spacious room with closet in a residential area, the room has freshly cleaned carpet and window view to the back yard. The bathroom in the hallway will be shared with another roommate and visitors and should be kept clean at all times. I’m looking for a responsible roomie, professional or student, no pets, parking for one car included.
