Julian's room

Large corner house with spacious backyard, large kitchen, two living rooms, three bathrooms, two large refrigerators, and a washer and dryer machine set. There is free parking in-front of the house or park (parking nearby is always available).

The room comes furnished with an optional queen sized mattress, tv stand, fan, desk, chair, and night stand. You will get the upstairs restroom as your personal bathroom, however, that restroom has the shower and is shared between you and the other roommate.

The home comes with a security system suite. The system comes with live camera feeds as well. The house also has a heating and cooling unit perfect for maintaining good temperatures in winter and summer.

The backyard includes a few grills, tables, and chairs (tables and chairs are folding ones stored in the garage). The kitchen has a large stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

Two chill male and female roommates both in our mid to late 20’s; Cami and Julian. Julian works full time and Cami is completing her undergraduate while also working full time. We don’t have any issues with guests and we split cleaning roles to maintain the house.
