The home is less than a half mile from the lake and about 10 minutes from ski resort. We are close to the bike trails. We have a large fenced backyard. We are in a quiet neighborhood off the beaten path. We don’t smoke or party. Very peaceful. Most of the time you would have the place to yourself.
We are looking to rent one bedroom and one bathroom in our two bedroom two bathroom home with a double car garage. The room can be furnished or unfurnished, whichever you prefer. We have a large fenced back yard. We would share kitchen, living room, and laundry room. We (owners) would stay in other bedroom and bathroom occasionally but not often.
