Coleman Street

9x8 room with small closet overlooks a pretty backyard, my home is serene and quiet. Lively neighborhood with lots of kids but everyone minds their own business. There is a grocery store 5 blocks away and I’m only a few miles from UMD. I like to cook so we could make some sort of food arrangement if that interests you. I go out of town for work here and there so you’d have the house to yourself at times. I’ve got a washer and dryer and a dishwasher ;) I keep things clean and wiped down but clutter can build up here and there (working on this)

I’m an artist, business owner, and a caregiver. I travel around to sell art at art fairs so am gone for a few days/weeks at a time here and there. I don’t really drink but enjoy a puff or two in the evenings/while I make art in the garage. I’m single and don’t plan on having any serious relationships anytime soon. (Told myself I’ll consider it in may ‘23 lol) it would be really cool to live with a fellow introvert who becomes a friend, but if you’re not interested in friendship I’m cool with that, too.
