Location is upcoming, everything new, house itself is only 9 years old. House is always quiet, other roomies are introverts, so you barely ever see anyone but me (the owner) Besides the room, everything is shared except the other tenant’s room. I have a game area if you like arcades. The house is very chill. As long as you give me no issues you can live here as long as you want on a month-to-month contract (just in case). NO SMOKERS! (nasty habit people) and NO pets.

Well, one of my long terms will be moving soon, PCSing to next location. I am a retired veteran. I game and work out so you barely see me. Other tenants either work a lot or are also gamers/introverts, so you never see them either. House is mostly quite unless my kids are out and about. (They don’t bother anyone) Due to some pass history, I don’t allow significant others to come by. I had one tenant that basically moved his gf in and another that had random mates coming in and out the house every other day… I’m not running a hotel here. So, if you have a partner, make sure you go to their house and don’t bring that drama to my house please. I prefer quiet, keep to yourself people where I don’t have to worry about the person bringing random people to my house. Military/Veteran preferred but open to good people. I know I sound strict, but I learn from passed experience. Gamers super welcomed lol. (As long as you are clean)
