Courtney's room

In the Boise/Elliot neighborhood, within a block of New Seasons. It is an absolute dream if you love having a neighborhood full of bars and restaurants within walking distance - we certainly do. 3 bedroom, 2 bath, built in 2002, 1,328 sq ft indoor, 2,613 sq ft lot, new appliances, hardwood floors, dishwasher, washer and drier in basement, backyard with porch, tiled patio, and a small garden area. It’s spacious, with a good sized kitchen and living room. The patio is great in the summer. There is one parking spot in our driveway that is unused because it’s a little tricky to back into, but that would be available for you to claim.

The room is unfurnished, it has enough space for a king bed, dresser, night stand, tv, and it also has a medium sized closet. There is a master bathroom in one of the bedrooms, so you would be sharing the second bathroom with one person.

Rent is $800, gas, electric, internet, and yard care add up to average about $100 in the winter and $70 in the summer. Water is about $45 a month, but is billed quarterly every 3 months. Security deposit of $533 due at time of move in to give the departing roommate their deposit back, this will roll over and you’ll get it back when you move out, minus any costs for wear and tear.

The room is month to month and available November 1st. We are ideally looking for someone who will stay through summer 2023.

Things to note: The room is only available for one person, no partners. Our lease does not allow us to have any pets. Not extremely covid-strict, but you do need to be fully vaccinated.

I’m a young adult, finishing up my last year in college (finally), and bartending. I like to run and workout often, draw, go out, and I have a pretty serious home brewing hobby (hopefully it will be a career some day). I’ve been a vegetarian for 16 years, nearly vegan now. I don’t preach about it and I don’t care what diet you follow.
