Damara's room

My apartment is located near the 101 Fwy just a few minutes drive to a plethora of shopping, dining& entertainment options in north Scottsdale. The property has 3 very well-maintained pools and a clubhouse. The pool nearest this unit also has a jacuzzi. Leasing office, gym(open 24 hrs), and mailbox all just around the corner from this building. This particular building is has one of the best mountain views on the property and a balcony facing the mountains. The unit is on the 2nd floor(indoor staircase) and the available room has a walk-in closet with a full, private bathroom just around the corner. The bathroom has a large bathtub and shower combo.There is an attached garage with space for storage and there are ample visitor parking spots for any company. There are well-groomed walking paths and a dog park on-site. There is a laundry room with a full-size washer&dryer in unit. In the kitchen all stainless steel appliances and an island, lots of cabinet space available. Carpet throughout except for the bathroom and kitchen. I have a pets that stay in my room, but will consider incoming pets as long as they are friendly and quiet.

I am 31 years old and a full-time professional. Just me and the critters will be sharing the unit as my current roommate is set to move out at the end of this month. Ideally I would need my next roommate to move in at the end of this month/by April 1st-2nd.
