House Rules

• Shoes off in the house.
• No smoking.
• No parties or events.
• Only pre-approved pets.
• Only guests listed on reservation are permitted. Guests should not plan to host other guests while staying here. Hosting additional guests without discussing with me first can result in cancellation and forfeiture of payment.
• Guests are welcome to use kitchen and kitchenware, but kitchen must be returned to the same condition it is found immediately after using.
• Quiet hours after 11pm. Not silent, just quiet.
• If you would like to change the temperature on the thermostat, please discuss with host first. I will always try to make sure that guests are comfortable.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

• 50% deposit is required to hold the dates.
• Deposit is non-refundable.
