I am looking for a third roommate to take the last bedroom in my house. The house is a 3 bed, 2 bath (2nd bath is shared) in a quiet part of North Pole, 15 min from both Wainwright and Eielson.
All utilities (Heat, electric, water, wifi) are included in the cost of rent, lease term is month to month with a $500 security deposit.
Driveway has plenty of room for vehicles or off-road toys, trailers etc. Definitely pet friendly, I have a cat. See less
About the roomies
Me and my other roommate are both stationed at fort wainwright. Military/DOD is preferred but definitely not required.
