Crane Street

Hi. I’m Kyle. I am the owner and landlord of this 2-family home. I’m a laid back mid-20s blue collar worker. I’m looking for someone tidy and chill to share my 2 bedroom apartment with me. I often go kayaking, snowboarding, hiking, golfing and always looking for people to go along. Im a foodie and enjoy trying new bars and restaurants around town.

The rent includes a private 20x15 bedroom with medium closet, your own living room with shared kitchen (dishwasher included) and shared bathroom with laundry. It also includes a back screened in porch, deck and small backyard. Wi-Fi, cable, central air/heat, water/sewer are all included with rent.

I have fully renovated the apartment in 2017 with laminate and tiling flooring and a new kitchen and bathroom. It has many spots to park on-street and 1 spot off-street during the winter. I keep the landscape well manicured.

The area is walking distance to park, beach, and downtown area. 5min drive to major shopping area.

The area is quaint and the neighbors are friendly. I enjoy jamming to music and having some beers on the back porch with friends.

I don’t have too many rules but would like things in shared areas clean at all-times(no dirty dishes). Also I would be okay with a small-medium sized well trained dog. No cats.

As far as couples go I would be okay with it as long as they are respectful to me and the shared areas.
