Hi! I’m looking for a roommate for my townhouse. You’ll have your own bedroom and bathroom. The rest of the place is fully furnished. I have a medium sized doggo, so you need to be okay with pets. Will have to join the lease - the lease is for a year. Landlord will have to approve - most likely will have background and credit check. Rent $650 + utilities (most likely around $200 MAX - it fluctuates so can’t give exact, so $850 total - I would say closer to $800 though). Washer and dryer in unit!
