Fully furnished bedroom in a nice gated townhome community. Access to pool lake front patio and plenty of parking spaces. All utilities included water, electric, trash, cable/internet. Close to the expressway and 15 mins from downtown Tampa. This townhome is in a great location near restaurants, the Brandon mall, and grocery stores. Townhome is a 2 bedroom 1 and a half bath. The room has a large closet, smart tv and extremely comfortable queen bed.

I’m a female professional who’s part of the LGBTQ family, working from home a few days a week then the office with one pet in this house being a cat. I am looking for another responsible LGBTQ individual who is able to pass a background check. No others pets allowed. A person who is respectful and clean is a must. Also a non smoker. Preferably short term lease and open to longer. Thank you
