Genesis's room

The townhouse is located on the northwest side of town close to Devils Millhopper. It is a quiet neighborhood with many trails nearby. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The room is fully furnished with a full size bed and night stand. It has its own closet and bathroom.

I am the only other occupant in the house. I graduated from UF in 2019 and am currently working in town. I have a sweet Goldendoodle that lives with me, so I’d like someone who is preferably comfortable with dogs. I would prefer a roommate who does not smoke or have any pets. My dog is friendly but she has never cohabited with another animal. As a roommate, I am neat and quiet at home. I tend to spend a lot of time here, but also enjoy going out with friends and traveling.
