I live in Springfield in a nice 55+ community, Santiago Estates, which requires my renter to be at least 40. We have a nice clubhouse that has a hot tub, sauna, outdoor pool, gym, game rooms and gathering areas with a very nice kitchen that can even be reserved to use for food prep for private parties, gatherings or meetings. Plus they have monthly and seasonal activities and celebrations.

My home is on a large corner lot with a nice size yard, a shed and carport for two vehicles. The yard has flowers, shrubs and trees with plenty of room to add your own personal touches. Home has kitchen with all amenities, nice size dining room and living room, a utility room with a very nice washer and dryer, your own refrigerator/freezer. Your room is fully furnished with a very comfortable queen bed, a lg tv, a very nice upright dresser & night-stand, wall shelf, and a double door closet with 3 lg built in cubby holes. Your private bathroom is right next to your bedroom with a nice large shower in it. The back part of the house is set up for me like a small studio. So, I’ve got my own bathroom, a sitting area for visitors, fridge, microwave, TV & bed. I spend the majority of my time there, the front of the house is rarely used by me, just for meal prep and laundry or when I’ve got visitors like my kids which is usually just a couple times a month.

Rent includes: Electric, water, sewer, garbage, recycling, cable, High speed Internet & Full Clubhouse access.

Rental terms are somewhat negotiable:

1. Rent: $800.
2. Deposit: $800.
3. One time $200. fee for fur babies, unless damages are incurred
4. Rent is Due 1st of the Month, with a $25. late fee if past the 5th of the month.
5. 30 day prior move-out noticed

Im a 55 year old Christian woman that loves the Lord with all my heart, that lives by faith and a deep personal relationship, not religion. I’m looking for a long-term female/male roommate and in my age group, that respectful, responsible, reliable & honest. I’d be willing to do a 4 to 6 month lease if needed, as I understand how life can throw us unexpected curve balls & you may just need time to regroup, or you may be in town for a short term business project. I’m the only person that lives in my home, but i do have a beautiful female bengal cat and a 5 month kitten, which is one of her babies. 😊 We are very easy-going and easy to get along with. I also enjoy time with my kids, movies & favorite sitcoms, playing piano, music, bingo, card games, flowers & working in my yard. I’m a very private person and mostly keep to myself, but once I get to know and trust someone, I’m a friend for life. I’m a very gentle, kind-hearted, honest, reliable, loving person. Respect me, my home and the things in my home and we will get along just fine and I’ll most definitely respect you. Ps…I don’t use Cannabis in any form and under no circumstance can it be smoked in the house…but have absolutely no problem with those that do.
