Gated community, close to I5 and 80west, lots of parks nearby, close to downtown. Quiet community. Room is upstairs shared bathroom with one other tenant. Washer and dryer. 2 refrigerators, and a dishwasher. Spare bedroom we use as extra storage.

Not entirely sure about security deposit it would be taken care of through the property management. Application fee and to add to lease.

30 year olds, progressively minded, quiet, introverted homebodies. Non-religious. Full time working adults. Male 🌈and Female 🌈. Have been friends since High School. Nerds who like to spend time at home and hangout.
