I’m renting the 2th floor which has two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a common area with a refrigerator, table, microwave, and sink. Each bedroom has an included windows AC and a walk-in closet. The entrance to the 2th floor is through the back porch from the yard. Each room has their own private entrance. Each room is $800 with all utilities included (wifi, electricity, water, etc) and a laundry room that can be used. If it’s rented by two individuals that know each other the full monthly rent will be $1500.

The second floor where each bedroom resides are both available on a first come first serve bases. If two individuals that know each other rent both rooms the rent will be $750 per month, otherwise it’s $800.
