Three people sharing main floor: kitchen, dining room, breakfast nook, family room. We have three non-aggressive standard poodles and they have puppies downstairs in the daylight basement. The neighborhood is a mature middle class neighborhood. There is street parking.

Owners are a 60 year old male and a 54 year old female ( a professional married couple in 50s) who live in the home. We are, hard working, responsible, respectful dog lovers. We also have a 35 year old male tenant who has his kids, 4 and 8, over every other weekend.
