About the room
Hello San Antonio! Currently renting out a room in a newly constructed 4bdr/3 bath 2,500 sq ft house on a 6-12 mos basis for $675 a month. There is room for 1 more roommate— bathroom is a private full bath. The house has fast reliable fiber optic internet, washer/dryer, garage, drive way parking space, multiple closets available. Located off SW 410 loop by Palo alto college. Lackland AFB is <10 mins away, very close to HEB & HEB Plus! locations, as well as the South Park mall Shopping area. About the roomies
There are minimal house rules: if you smoke, please do so outside, clean up after yourself and your guests. We are mostly looking for someone who is easy going, enjoys the occasional roomie BBQ, and looking to make it more of a home environment versus strangers living with each other. We all pay rent here and it’s your house to feel like home 🏡.
