Professional MALE tenant desired to share with professional 50 y/o Nigerian male and working 78 y/o White female (not related). Laundry on site. Street parking only. Safe/quiet neighborhood near El Camino Community College and major freeways.
Must be willing to share bathroom with other residents and must not work remotely from home. Kitchen is shared, in addition to common spaces. Pets and smokers will not be considered. Room is single occupancy.
Rent is $1050/month with utilities included. (No cable TV, but internet available.)

About the roomies
My mother, a part-time employed 78 y/o woman lives in the property and has maintained it for 15 years. She works part-time. Two rooms at the opposite side of the home are rented to two male tenants. The one currently living in the home is a 50 y/o Nigerian American male who is employed outside of the home.
