5 bed, 2 bath in NE Minneapolis. Features dishwasher and gas stove in the kitchen. Near Logan park and lots of restaurants/breweries/distilleries. No shared wall as between bedrooms. Tenants pay electric, gas, cable, and internet. Coin laundry in the basement. Mostly on street parking, with a few spaces in the back off the house shared between us and lower unit. Small backyard that’s big enough for a fire pit and/or grill.

Current tenants are a couple (female and male) in their late 20s and a single female in her early 30s. Two adult cats and one kitten also live at the property. Preferably no other pets. All roomies are working full time, mostly away from home. Looking for someone with clear and open communication, who is relatively clean/tidy. We’d all like someone who we can hang out with- we enjoy movie and board game nights. Please tell us a little about yourself in your response!
