Kate's room

Great little beach bungalow that’s newly remodeled. 3 houses from the water with a fully fenced back yard and paddleboards to use. Brand new appliances, lots of light, plenty of lounge space and cozy in the winter with our electric heating fireplace.

I travel for work and am there only Tues-Thursday 3 weeks a month. I have a small Boston Terrier that travels with me but she loves people and is very quiet. Looking for someone who doesn’t mind me being there a few days a month and who is clean and a non-smoker. Professionals, military, or graduate students preferred.
