North 5th Street

The house is in a quiet neighborhood 3 blocks from Japantown in San Jose. There are good transit links on 1st street (5mins walk) and SJC airport is <10 Uber away. I have AT&T fiber which provides you with fast Wi-Fi, unlimited downloads and a Cat-6e Ethernet port in your room.

I have an EV charger which you can use and the house has both a front and back yard which your pets are welcome to use - as long as you clean up after them. There is also a garage where you can store a few things if needed.

You’ll be living we me and my 13 year old cat, Juno. I work 8-4 during the week and in the evenings I’m usually out for dinner, playing sports or catching up on an HBO or AppleTV series.
