Completely furnished first floor living room with wood burning fireplace, home office (available for your use if needed) and kitchen, as well as full bathroom with washer and dryer. Downstairs is a finished basement with a bar (feel free to drink as long as you replace) and second living room and a 1 car garage, extra parking in the lot right in front of the garage. All this in a nice neighborhood across from a golf course about 30 minutes from Philly, 15 minutes from the Patco train station and the Cherry Hill Mall.

Hi, I’m Matt, I’m 28 currently living alone. Bought this place last year, have enjoyed living alone but this place is almost too big to not have a roommate. Pretty clean, like to keep to myself, but obviously want a roommate who I get along with, maybe watch a movie or go out. Very flexible with starting and ending your stay here! Recently had 2 short term roommates for 4 months each and that worked out great!
