The rooms and building are very nice. I had a specific room picked out, but that can change. Right now they have deal or 2 free months and $1000 additionally off of you take a penthouse, so I was looking at those.

I have mostly everything to furnish the apartment including kitchen stiuff, vacuums, etc. , but my couch won’t fit so I guess that’s all I’m saying needs to be contributed besides your bedroom.

Long story short, I had a roommate lined up to move in but she has decided she is not moving to Denver. I’m now trying to find someone else. I probably prefer to live with a girl, but I’ll consider anyone as long as it seems like a good fit.

About myself: I am very easy going. I work in Wealth Management and stay pretty busy. I live a healthy lifestyle, but also like to have fun. I’m not looking to live in the party apartment, but friends and guests are always welcome. I do have a dog, Bo, who is very chill and everyone loves. He is very shy at first but after getting to know people he warms up and is great to have around. I like to cook, workout, hike, watch sports, and idk just normal stuff. Former hockey and lacrosse player. I am very clean and respectful of common areas, but also not OCD.

Overall, I’m just looking for a peaceful place to call home and a comfortable living environment to share with a reliable roommate I can also call a friend.
