Some of definite house rules include but are not limited to: *NO Pets. *NO Smoking of any kind (or Vaping). *NO Illegal drugs of any kind. *NO Parties. *NO Overnight Guests. We’re all human so you are welcome to having a friend over, they just can’t stay. Must be courteous, respectful, private and clean to ensure harmony for other residents living in the home.

To qualify, I’m not so big on credit scores but you must not have any evictions, felonies, or recent bankruptcies. Income verification is required. Rooms can possibly be semi furnished or if you have your own things then the empty room is yours to do as you please.

Paperwork & financial requirements:

1. 2 most recent bank statements.
2. 2 most recent pay stubs for proof of income.
3. 1 month security deposit which is equal to the monthly rent. *Must complete Rental Application and agree to follow residential rules for safety and well-being of all residents. Application with background check is $45.
