Unfurnished room in the Ashbury Park subdivision off Luther Banks. All utilities and Wi-Fi included as well as use of kitchen and laundry. No couples, no children, no exceptions. I may allow 1 dog after meeting it. No heavy drinkers. Smokers ok as long as you smoke outside. Rent is $100 a week. First and last week’s rent and $250 refundable deposit due at rental agreement signing. no short-term renters wanted- minimum 6 months. Prefer 40+ yo adult and proof of employment is necessary.

No roomies other than me. I own the home and am respectful of others space. I rarely have friends over and I work as a Lyft driver 2-3 days a week part time.
