I’m looking for a roommate to live in a suite on the lower floor of my 3 story townhouse. It’s a quiet well kept neighborhood that has easy access to 225 and the rail line and buses. The suites is two rooms - one is a bonus room with a desk, dresser and two closets. The entire space is newly renovated including the bathroom. Queen sized bed and couch that folds out. Furnishings negotiable. The community has a pool, too. Two outdoor patios. I’m looking for a working professional who values a quiet and calm living environment. I don’t allow tobacco smoking anywhere but 420 is ok outside. Garage parking. I’m 49 YO female, professional, travels often and cooks.
