Deck out back, with access to a large yard. Fully furnished, including dishes and pots and pans and utensils. Comes with a window-unit air-conditioner and a dehumidifier.

The security deposit is $800 plus first month rent of 893.26 of which we will split evenly.

I am the only tenant and the landlords live in the house in front of the rental. I am a recent grad and now a working professional. I will respect your space. I am very tidy and clean so I need my roommate to be as well.
