Deck out back, with access to a large yard. Fully furnished, including dishes and pots and pans and utensils. Comes with a window-unit air-conditioner and a dehumidifier.

The security deposit is $800 plus first month rent of 893.26 of which we will split evenly.

I am the only who will be living in the house we are located behind the landlord’s home.
