Just a room with a closet nothing too special subletting my room while I’m gone for 4 mo. Shared washer, dryer, kitchen, bathroom. The individual you’ll be living with has a 15 y/o dog. Price is definitely negotiable if you can help me out with handwork. I’m currently working on the second bathroom and hope to be done by the time I leave but honestly might now…and I would like to work on my floors next.

I’m in the military and getting out soon so I’m either looking to resell or rent out the whole condo eventually. I will be gone for a 4 month period so trying to sublet. It will only be you and Jen during this period of time. Jen is very clean, I’m the messy one and I’ll be gone.
