My name is Shannon. I live in a gorgeous 3 bedroom apartment. I travel a lot for work. I’m an actor and producer. Lately I have been working in Canada a lot. So you most likely won’t see me around too often. I’m about to renew my lease. I live with another woman. Our third roomate is about to move out.

Renting out a 1 bedroom in a large 3-BDRM luxury apartment. It’s a big apartment. (2,256sqft). 2.5 bathrooms. The bedroom is 15 x 10 feet.

The esthetic of the apartment is feminine. Pink, emerald, gold, and ivory theme. I have a new custom made pink sofa, pink bar stools, etc. It’s a fairly “instagramable” apartment.

Includes laundry room in apartment (washer and dryer), central AC, dishwasher, bar area, balcony, and fireplace, and all new appliances. Amenities include: Pool, Hot tub, business center, gym, parking, BBQ area with cabanas, entertainment room. White carpets in bedroom, hardwood floor in living room, and marble in hallway. Pet friendly building, but would need to pay per deposit. The bathroom will be shared with my other roomate. Available October 1st (possibly sooner if needed). $1400 month + utilities.

My roommate that is moving out is willing to sell his year old bed in the room if needed!

I live with another woman who is the sweetest. She loves to cook, workout, and works in commercial real estate. She has a 9-5 job.
