Beautiful and bright 2100 square feet home in a quiet neighborhood. We only have cul de-sacs which means no through traffic and minimal noise pollution 🙂

We have a backyard, garage storage, laundry onsite, easy street parking, a 2 min walk to a hiking trail in the Tecalote Canyon, 5 minutes drive to the I-805 or I-5 and SR-163. 5 minutes drive to Sprouts, Target, restaurants, etc.

This two room setup is great for someone who works from home and/or needs a 2nd room to use as an office or meditation space or whatever you fancy. The rooms have beautiful bright natural light throughout the day. (We are looking for a single person)

We love all animals, but this go around we are asking for a roommate without pets.

We are looking for the right person to join our home and since this is the GTS group it’s probably helpful to know we are open to a male or female roommate.

Must be willing to fill out an application and take over previous tenant portion of the lease through April 30th.
