A private, furnished bedroom is available in a well-maintained home in West Sacramento. The house is a modern, two-story, 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home located in a safe and peaceful neighborhood with ample street parking.

Room & Home Features: ✔ Private furnished bedroom with a queen-sized bed and locking door ✔ Shared large bathroom with dual sinks and separate toilet/shower area ✔ Spacious kitchen with modern appliances (gas stove, large fridge) and fully stocked with everything you need to cook, bake, etc. Use the kitchen as much as you like! ✔ In-home washer and dryer ✔ High-speed internet included ✔ Two shared living areas plus a backyard sitting area

Great Location: Conveniently located just 10 minutes from shopping centers, restaurants, and essential services. Quick access to major highways, Downtown Sacramento, UC Davis Medical Center, and Sacramento State University.

Rental Details: 💰 Rent: $995/month (utilities + quarterly house cleaning included) 📅 Minimum stay: 4 months, then month-to-month lease 💵 Move-in: $400 security deposit and last month’s rent due upon lease signing to secure the room. First month’s rent due before move-in.

Household Guidelines: 🚶‍♂️ Adults 18+ only 🐱 Cats welcome if kept in-room ($15/month pet fee) – No dogs 🚭 Outdoor smoking only (minimal) 🚶‍♂️ Single occupancy only, though guests are welcome
