It is located in a quiet neighborhood with a pool and basketball court. All utilities and wifi are included, and the room comes with a parking spot. Access to the common areas, the kitchen, and laundry area is included. Applicants must pass a background check, and a security deposit equal to one month’s rent is required.

One parent is a professor at APU, and the other parent homeschools the children. The family tends to be at home unless running errands. The children go to bed early, but the parents tend to stay up. The family is fairly quiet, and the children are well-behaved.
