910 sq ft 2 bed 1 bath apartment in Asheville, NC. The rent is $1650/month in total (~$850/person/month after bills). The lease is until August 1st 2024 and I’m looking for someone to fill the vacancy for at least 3-4 months. I’ve furnished every room except the other bedroom. It is leased by Hawthorne at Southside and is in a quieter area that feels nice and safe. It’s about 15 minutes from downtown and there are a Publix and Walmart a few minutes away. The complex is fairly nice and there are a lot of younger people and families who live here. The unit is well maintained and doesn’t have any major flaws/pests/etc. The maintenance and leasing people are very responsive and nice. The complex has lots of amenities like 2 pools, a clubhouse, and 24/7 laundry.
