I’m a mature (work at home since pandemic) working professional that is seeking a roommate that is mature. I have 4 dogs. During cold/hot temperatures I’ll bring them in and in closed in the kitchen. I have 2 indoor kitties. I enjoy watching tv and reading. I’m a very active person and enjoy the outdoors. I enjoy peace in my life. I offer a one bedroom (12ft 1 inch x 9ft 6 inches), you would share a bathroom with other roommate, your own-closet space, a queen bed, & curio, night stand. The rent is $700 a month which covers paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent/softener, water, sewage, garbage, WiFi ( AT&T) and PG&E, I have large trees which keeps the house cooler in the summer. Parking is available in front of home. Garage is in the back and not used to park the car (too small). This is a month to month rent. The deposit is $400. Please print a free credit report. Must have job,references will be verified, verify pay stub, No smoking or drugs.
