We are mature couple (work hybrid/out of town). Seeking a clean roommate that is mature. I have 6 fur kids -( rescued) dogs. During cold/hot temperatures I’ll bring them in and in closed ( gated) in the kitchen. I have 2 indoor kitties. I enjoy watching tv and reading. We are very and enjoy the outdoors. We enjoy peace in our life. We offer a one bedroom (12ft 1 inch x 9ft 6 inches), you would share a bathroom with other roommate, your own-closet space, a queen bed, & curio, night stand. The rent is $825 a month which covers paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent/softener, water, sewage, garbage, WiFi ( AT&T), small refrigerator, and PG&E, I have large trees which keeps the house cooler in the summer. Parking is available in front of home. Garage is in the back and not used to park the car (too small). This is a month to month rent. The deposit is $500.
