Michael's room

Room is completely new never has been lived in.All furniture is new in the room in a new home.The home was built in 2020 in a new neighborhood on a culdesac.Neighborhood is very nice and peaceful.Room comes with a smart tv with internet access.Restroom directly across from room and can be considered your restroom as I never use it.Laundry access and kitchen access.Only looking for people that have good credit and rental history.Must have income of atleast 4x rent to be considered.Thank you.

I live here in this home alone.It is a very nice home.I have 2 cats that are pretty well behaved.I have a son that I have for a few hours a day in the week.I work full time thru the week and don’t bring any party traffic in the house.Just work come home relax and go to bed at a decent time as I work early.
