Kitchen has all the basic appliances: fridge, stove, oven, and dishwasher. Also has an in-unit washer and dryer. The community facilities include a fitness center and an indoor heated pool /hot tub. The living room will be a blank canvas besides my TV since most of the stuff there is my current roommate’s.

About half a mile from Bart and Caltrain and easy access to I-280 and the 101. We have a shopping mall across the street with a Target, and a Lucky in the next complex over.

I’m a 24 yr old gay male who moved to the bay area after graduating college in southern CA about two years ago. I’m a software engineer and work from my room 3-4 days a week. I’m pretty laid-back, although I maintain a reasonable level of cleanliness and keep the apartment quiet late at night. In my free time I enjoy sports, playing games (especially Scrabble and Texas Hold’em), and going out to eat. I also watch a lot of TV.

Looking for a responsible roommate to stay at least a year. Would be nice if we have some stuff in common too.
