I am seeking a neat organized and happy person that does not smoke or do drugs to share my rural home.

My home is located on acreage that surrounds it on all sides. A moments walk puts you standing at the San J8aquin rivers edge where there is fishing available with a dock and boat access. Sharing the home offers you a private bedroom with sliding doors on your closet located on one end of the house. It has a ceiling fan with a light kit attached. Your personal bathroom is right outside your bedroom door. Floors are grey plank and easy to keep clean. There is central heat and air throughout the house. The living room has a wood burning fireplace that is used regularly during fall and winter. It’s a nice, comfortable, relaxed and fairly quiet place to live but not stuffy by any means.

I’m the only person sharing this home. I am older fairly outgoing person that is not loud or discourteous. Ive been told, I play well with others! I feel fortunate to live out here where I can truely enjoy the privacy, and beauty living in the country offers. I am active and hardworking because that’s what country living on land demands. To share this home, you should truly have a desire to live in the country without any streetlights and stop signs around you. You need to be willing and able to share in the maintaining of our home enviourment.
Shopping and places to dine are close by but not within walking distance. You can however, take a nice walk in any direction, of your choice, just to enjoy the beauty and wildlife that surrounds us here. .All without cars zipping past you. Its quiet, safe and relaxing for you to enjoy. It’s all these things that enables the right person to thrive while sharing this farmhome located in rural Lathrop.
