Claudia's room

This is a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house in Anaheim. The house is located in a private gated community. A few minutes away from Downtown Anaheim, Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, and Cal State Fullerton. House includes all household appliances (stove, refrigerator, microwave, washer/dryer) and furniture (dining table, couch, TV) in the common spaces. The private bedroom, on the second floor, will have a shared full bathroom with one other female (23 years old). Rent is $805 for the private bedroom + utilities split evenly. Room is 10’ x 10’.

The roommates include 3 females (23, 24, & 27 years old) and 1 male (27 years old), all working professionals. Two of the roommates work from home. We are all hard working, clean, friendly, respectful, and outgoing individuals. We all get along very well and sometimes hang out together. There is also a friendly 10 year old house cat. We are looking for someone who is a working professional, female, around our same age (22 to 28 years old), friendly, considerate, clean, single occupant, and has no pets.
