Rian's room

I have a room with private bathroom available in a three bedroom, two bathroom, 1,600 square foot home. Open floor plan. Off street parking, large back yard with garden boxes for planting. Extra bedroom serves as a shared home office if you are remote. I have one small dog, so no other pets currently allowed. Looking for someone who is responsible, sociable, communicative and doesn’t invite large groups over very often. (My dog is a nervous guy).

I am 29 year old single female. I work from home 3 out of 5 days. I enjoy having a peaceful and clean atmosphere in my home. It is furnished mostly in secondhand MCM furniture. I enjoy thrifting on the weekends, reading, working out, watching Netflix, and cooking. I have a very goofy personality and would enjoy having a friendship with my housemate but I understand that is not always possible and am capable of cohabitating in a very respectful and mature manner. My number one priority is my pup, so as long as you’re kind to him, you’re good with me!
