About the room
Take over my lease and get 1 month rent free.. that’s a good offer! 1 bedroom apartment at Quail Lakes Apartments complex (check the website for pictures) located near quail springs mall. The best part is the washer and dryer are in unit. The lease will end August 2023. You get to keep my deposit and I already paid rental insurance till August 2023. As I mentioned, I will also offer you money which I will be paying to breaking my lease. Just trying to help out. Please note that you will need to be approved by the office.
About the roomies
