Large unfurnished room over our garage with dedicated in window AC unit. Full closet and space to put your belongings. There is already a desk and chair in the room if needed. Shared bathroom, laundry and common spaces on the main floor. This room is the only upstairs space in the home. Street or driveway parking available on low traffic, established and quiet neighborhood. Within minutes of downtown Caldwell and freeway access.

My husband, myself and our 2 children live in the home. We are a Christian family. We don’t smoke, we aren’t drinkers and don’t have pets (except for chickens…). We are looking for someone who is clean, responsible, friendly and who also does not smoke, drink heavily or have pets. We are okay with visitors but no overnight stays. We have a fenced back yard and garden with a greenhouse that you can use if you enjoy plants. You will need to verify income and pass a background check to rent this space.
