This is a property that is very close to Husson University in Bangor. Not just the university, but most other grocery stores are all in walking distance. This is two bedroom two bathroom, and only one person is living (and she is only looking for one more person as a roommate). Looking for someone who is serious about her work/study (who can verify their enrollment in university or regular paycheck). Female only. Very clean, and quiet place. Safety is the most important concern. No pet, no children. Washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher are all available within the Apt. Two parking spaces are available.

The only person who is currently living in this apartment is the university employed, and living a work-focused life.
