Rental is only for 1 person and no children/no pets. Private bedroom w/ new dresser & mirror, big closet, view of zen yard/neighborhood (can fit king size bed) in this beautiful, charming resort-style home with panoramic city lights and mountain views. (Queen size bed if needed)Inside/Outdoor feel with multiple huge glass sliders a few steps away from large pool, fully decorated deck including bbqs, firepit and ping-pong table. Room includes new dresser, mirror, TV w/ firestick. Newly nautical-style restroom with bathtub and bay window. Includes small storage in garage. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood near Skyline Trail area. Full kitchen including a fridge in attached garage primarily for renter, laundry privileges. No smoking. Must be pet friendly, I have 2 very friendly dogs and a cat.. Must have full time job offsite.

Renter must be pet friendly. The house is shared with myself and 2 dogs and cat. Looking for mature, clean & responsible person that has stable income and works or attends school offsite. Parking available. Must provide copy of ID and recent paystub.
