There are 3 rooms available starting October 1. Six months contract to start and month to month thereafter. All 3 spacious rooms are on the top floor with every room having its own big walk-in closet. There will be a shared bathroom on the top floor, but the bathroom has a double vanity and has a brand new quartz counter top. Once all rooms are rented out, there will be a total of 4 people. You will be the first ones living in this home. I also have a very well trained dog, a toy Australian Shepherd that is about 14 pounds. Pictures of her will be attached.



Searching for professional, clean, and respectful roommates. There is unlimited 24 hour street parking. One garage spot will be available and there will also be driveway parking. Rent is $700 a month for a room. Being a brand new home, all basic utilities are TBD and will be determined on a month to month basis split between all tenants.

I don’t have any roomies yet since its a brand new home. You will be the first ones to live there. I am 30 years old and have a small dog. I am pretty chill and out doing thing often. I work from home about 1/2 the time.
