• private half bathroom(sink and toilet)for you and your guests *shower will be shared( located in main bathroom) *shared laundry ( you privide your own cleaning supplies) *shared living room and dinning room *shared kitchen( you will have your own cabinets and space in refrigerator,access to stove and microwave, all other appliances will not be shared.) *water,electricity included in the rent.( wifi/Internet can be included for half the monthly bill)
• no garage but there is off road parking.

Pets:I have an outside dog and cat. Outside pets may be allowed as long as they get along with my pets. No inside pets.

Avaliable: ( Can move in September 15 for $275 plus half of the deposit. The other half of the deposit due the first of October along with rent.)

• 27 year old female *work full time and get up at 4:30am so must be okay with little noise at that time in the morning.
• respectful, social, kind,clean and responble about my rent and bills. *don’t smoke,drink,or party(expect the same from roomate)
